- Emerge offers opportunities for an expenses-paid campus preview weekend and mentored summer research and graduate school preparation to undergraduates from groups that are underrepresented in graduate education.
- Graduate Education Week
- This state-wide event celebrates the societal achievements and contributions of graduate education in Missouri.
- Graduate School Matters Series
- Learn more about the work graduate students do and how it matters at MU, in Missouri and around the world.
- McNair Scholars
- The MU McNair Scholars Program prepares MU students who meet federal income guidelines whose parents have not completed an undergraduate degree and/or students from groups underrepresented in graduate education. The purpose of the program is to provide enriching experiences that prepare eligible students for doctoral study.
- Missouri Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate
- Find out more about MU's participation in the AGEP program sponsored by the National Science Foundation.
- Multicultural Teaching Scholars
- The MTS Program is sponsored by the International Programs and Faculty Development Office and the MU Graduate School. Multicultural Teaching Scholars serve as full-time instructors who teach or co-teach a course during one of MU’s summer sessions. They also serve as ambassadors to the MU experience.
- PhD Completion Project
- This program is part of the nation-wide initiative, sponsored by the Council of Graduate Schools, to understand and improve graduation rates for doctoral students.
