Application Instructions for Former Mizzou Graduate Students

• Students wishing to restart or reapply to the same academic program and degree should complete the Graduate School's Re-Activation Form and submit the form to the academic program for approval.
• Returning MU graduate students (degree and non degree seeking) applying for a new degree program who have not been enrolled for one semester or more should complete the Graduate School's online Application for Admission and pay the standard application fee.
• Complete and submit any required academic program application form/process to the program’s office. Consult with the academic program of interest to learn the deadline for applying or being readmitted to its graduate degree program.
• Official transcripts or mark sheets for any work done since you were last enrolled in the degree program must be sent directly from each university or college you have attended. The documents should be sent directly to your former degree program.
• Submit any requested test results (if not already on record) to the academic program.
