Forms should be submitted sequentially. If you will complete your program in two semesters, the M1/DM1 and M2/DM2 are due by the end of the first semester of enrollment. * Contact your academic program's administrator to make sure your Plan of Study was approved by the Graduate School.
**The Plan of Study form should have been submitted at the end of your second semester of enrollment. If for some reason you have not submitted this form to the Graduate School, turn yours in as soon as possible. Because of the large volume of forms received each term, it will not be possible for the Graduate School to process and approve Plan of Study forms received after a certain point.
