About the Certificate

This certificate is a multi-institution online program designed to serve the needs of industry and agencies who must protect the human food supply from accidental or deliberate contamination. The Certificate in Food Safety and Defense is a post-baccalaureate program. Partner institutions include Iowa State University, Kansas State University and the University of Nebraska.
