Summer Research Internship
The Emerge Summer Undergraduate Research Internship offers talented, under-represented undergraduate collegians a bridge to graduate school. This year’s internship will take place from June 22 to August 1, 2008.

What the Internship Can Do For Undergraduates
In order to prepare participants to obtain advanced degrees, the internship includes:
- six weeks of research experience under the direction of faculty mentors
- Course credit
- GRE prep classes
- Workshops about applying to and succeeding in graduate school
A stipend, along with travel and housing, are also provided by the Mizzou Graduate School.

Note: Before 2007, the Emerge Summer Research Internship program was made up of two programs, called LS-MoAMP (for STEM students), and the Summer Pre-Graduate Research Experience for Students in the Humanities.
