Learn more about gradESSENTIALS, our framework for graduate student professional development. Our priorities of assisting with goal setting, skill building, leadership development, and career preparedness are designed for masters and doctoral students across all disciplines. Professional development efforts align with one or more of the eight categories identified by the MU Graduate School as essential transferable skills. Through engagement in program, students are empowered to explore diverse career pathways and transition into their chosen profession with confidence. Dr. Laura Page will provide an introduction to the framework, discuss upcoming events, and walk through a template for creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
