The University of Missouri’s Food Science graduate program ranks No. 5 on the 10 Best Master’s in Food Science Programs in the United States. The ranking was based on the quality of the programs and courses available, the faculty involved, awards, rankings, and overall academic reputation.

These include a Sensory Lab, Nutrition Lab, Dairy and Meat pilot scale Labs, and an Extrusion Processing Lab.”
