For the Graduate School

• Completed Graduate School online application
• Unofficial Transcripts- As part of the application submission process, all applicants are required to upload unofficial copies of all post-secondary transcripts to the online application. Official transcripts are only required if accepted by the academic program.
• Official Results of English Proficiency Exams (International applicants only)

For the Pathobiology Area Program

• 3 letters of recommendation (can be submitted through the Graduate School online application as well)
• Statement of purpose
• Letter of support from mentor
• Resume or CV

The Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences offers a Doctoral (PhD) degree with a focus area in Integrative Anatomy through the Pathobiology Area Program.

All application materials must be submitted to the Graduate School online application system.

• Statement of purpose
• 3 letters of recommendation are required. Provide these names and contact information for each in the “Recommendation Provider List”.
• Curriculum vitae or resume
• At least one writing sample (e.g., publications, proposals, upper-level course term papers, thesis, etc.)
• TOEFL/IELTS score (if international)
