Please contact the program directly for application process, before you begin a Graduate School application. The SLHS application process begins in the CSDCAS system.
For the Graduate School
- Completed Graduate School online application
- Unofficial Transcripts- As part of the application submission process, all applicants are required to upload unofficial copies of all post-secondary transcripts to the online application. Official transcripts are only required if accepted by the academic program.
- Official Results of English Proficiency Exams (International applicants only)
Admission process
Personal interviews may be requested. Acceptance for admission to master’s level study is determined by the Departmental Graduate Admissions Committee.
Prerequisite course work
If the student’s undergraduate major is in a field other than communication disorders, the student must have completed, or be in the process of completing, all required prerequisite coursework prior to applying to the MHS program. Please contact the department for pre-application advising.
