The Division of Research, Innovation, and Impact is collaborating with the Graduate School to offer a Connections Café for graduate students at Mizzou on Friday, October 18th from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Grad HUB, located at 111F Townsend Hall.

Join us for a fun, two-hour event designed to bring graduate students together from across disciplines to meet, find research intersections, and build new relationships! Learn about and experience Team Science, a collaborative and cross-disciplinary approach to scientific inquiry that draws researchers with diverse experiences and backgrounds together. Participants will meet other student researchers, gain an understanding of Team Science and its value, as well as explore potential collaboration ideas.

This is a great opportunity for students to understand and identify research problems and areas, learn how research projects can benefit from multiple disciplinary perspectives, and to network across campus with other student researchers.
The event will be facilitated by the Graduate School and The Connector’s professional development team.
